The new LIFE Programme for 2021-2027 is here! LIFE is the EU’s funding programme dedicated to the environment and climate action which, starting this year, now includes a new Clean Energy Transition sub-programme.
With a budget of over €580 million, LIFE will fund projects that address issues within its four sub-programmes:
- Nature and biodiversity
- Circular economy and quality of life
- Climate change mitigation and adaptation
- Clean energy transition.
There are currently 33 open calls for proposals on the European Commission’s Funding and Tenders Portal with pre-recorded info sessions addressing the details of the calls and the application process.
