Article 42 of the Common Provision Regulation 2021/1060 requires the Member State or Managing Authority to transmit cumulative data for each programme to the European Commission at regular intervals throughout the year. These Data Transmission Reports contain financial and non-financial data relating to the relevant programme. The transmitted data is used to monitor the progress of each programme over time.
