HCIOP Monitoring Committee

Policy decisions regarding the HCI-OP were made by the HCI-OP Monitoring Committee which included representatives from the HCI-OP Managing Authority, the implementing Departments and Agencies, the ESF Certifying Authority, other relevant Departments and Agencies, the European Commission, the Social Partners, and Regional Representatives.

 

Composition of the Monitoring Committee

The Monitoring Committee was chaired by the Department of Education and Skills and its membership comprised of the following representatives:

  • ESF Audit Authority.
  • Department of Public Expenditure Reform.
  • Department of Education & Skills.
  • Department of Social Protection.
  • SOLAS
  • Department of Justice & Equality.
  • Department of Environment, Heritage & Local Government.
  • Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission.
  • Northern & Western Regional Assembly & Southern Regional Assembly.
  • Irish Congress of Trade Unions.
  • Irish Business & Employers Confederation.
  • Chambers of Commerce of Ireland.
  • Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed.
