Article 49(3) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and the Council 24 June 2021 [the “Common Provisions Regulation”] states that “the managing authority shall make the list of operations selected for support by the Funds publicly available on the website in at least one of the official languages of the institutions of the Union and shall update that list at least every 4 months”. In accordance with Article 115(2) and Annex XII of the Common Provisions Regulation 1303/2013, the ESF Managing Authority shall maintain a list of Operations. This list will be updated every six months.
